Cancellation Policy
THE ALCHEMIES® RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy below will apply for all cancellation scenarios, with no exceptions. This cancellation policy has been designed to be as compassionate as possible in the case that plans change, whilst also understanding our commitment to and cancellation policies with Mastropà Resort and Staff.
CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT
You may cancel your booking at any time within 48 hours of making the reservation and receive a full refund.
If you cancel before January 31, 2025, you will receive a full refund, minus the £200 deposit.
After January 31, 2025, no refunds will be issued by Crystal Singing Bowls UK under any circumstances, except in cases of cancellation within 48 hours of the initial booking.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel/holiday insurance at the time of booking to ensure you are covered in the event of cancellation. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@crystal-singing-bowls.co.uk
If you are unable to attend the retreat and wish to transfer your place to a friend or family member, this may be possible. Please contact us directly to discuss and arrange the transfer.
CANCELLATION FEES
The cancellation fee will be the amount equivalent to the non-refundable deposit for the retreat.
DELAYS AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
There will be no refunds nor discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. For additional protection due to any unforseen circumstances, it is highly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance at the time of booking the retreat.
CANCELLATION BY THE ALCHEMIES® RETREAT
In the rare event of a cancellation by the Alchemies® Retreat due to low registrations, the participant will be given the option to transfer all payments to a future retreat or to receive a full refund. The Alchemies® Retreat cannot compensate participants for airfare, hotel and travel costs incurred.
In the rare event of a cancellation by the Alchemies® Retreat due to dangerous weather, political unrest, acts of god and other force majeure events, any refund provided will depend on the Alchemies® Retreat receiving a refund from the venue. The Alchemies® Retreat cannot compensate participants for airfare, hotel and travel costs incurred.
To cover these risks, it is strongly recommended that all participants purchases travel insurance.
If any payment is not received by participant prior to or on the due date for that payment, The Alchemies® Retreat has the right to cancel the participant's registration for that retreat. In this case, no refund will be provided.
The Alchemies® Retreat reserves the right to refuse or cancel any participant's registration for any reason. In this case, a full refund will be provided.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance can protect participants against participant cancellation, The Alchemies® Retreat cancellation, lost or delayed baggage, medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should the participant become ill or injured. It is strongly recommended that all participants purchase travel insurance, including a 'cancel for any reason' option in order to protect them against the rare chance of cancellation.
RETREAT CHANGES
The Alchemies® Retreat reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary by its team, facilitators or business partners.
