19. Payments and deposits

Goods must be paid in full before we despatch the goods. We can accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. All international payments must be made into our account in GBP for the total amount on the invoice. Deposits of 50% will reserve the goods and ensure no one else purchase them. All deposits are non-refundable; they are, however, transferable onto other bowls or can be credited onto your account in the form of a credit note before the invoice due date and are to be used within 12 months of the date of invoice. Repayment options are available for four weeks unless otherwise agreed in writing.
