THE INVITATION
We invite you to join us for an exclusive retreat, where we will gather for three beloved sunsets and three welcoming sunrises. Each day offering us the opportunity to rest and heal more deeply, to align and aspire to greater magnificence.
In the stunning landscapes of Puglia, Italy, nestled in a region renowned for its stunning coastlines, olive groves, and historic charm, this retreat offers a unique opportunity to be immersed in a beautiful heavenly embrace.
Hosted by Genevra, Wendy & Gianna, you will be invited to attend sunrise and sunset Alchemical Sound Meditations, Gentle Movement and Stretching sessions, Breakfast and Banquets, Deep Relaxation, Space and Serenity. All your needs will be taken care of. Our menu will be prepared by our private chef Patricia. All dietry requirements are welcomed and embraced.
THE SPACE
There is a place called Mastropà. A special place, full of love, where the sun warms the atmosphere of the typical Apulian days and illuminates the divinely designed landscape and multiple angles orchestrated by heaven. Held by nature with centuries-old olive trees up to the top of the hill that opens into an oasis of greenery. There is a stillness that awaits you in the architectural grandeur of the old casino overlooking the Gulf of Taranto. This will be our home.
The white courtyards, the grounds, the fresh salt water of the infinity pool and the stunning terraces, will be offering their nature in this most wonderful space for our gathering. A place outside of time, where there is space to breathe to rest, receive, connect and reflect.
THE MOVEMENT
As the first light of dawn bathes the Apulian countryside. we will begin each day by gently stretching and connecting with our bodies followed by an Alchemical Sound Experience with Genevra.
Throughout the day, from 7am to 9pm, fresh fruit and drinks will be available to enjoy. At 10am, a sumptuous late breakfast made with love by our local chef Patricia is served buffet style in the main house and on the terraces.
Savour local seasonal fruits such as cherries, kiwi and strawberries, freshly baked focaccia, friselle, fresh tomatoes, olive oil from the groves, homemade cakes, and biscuits, accompanied by cold meats, artisanal cheeses. Enjoy eggs from the chicken coop, prepared to your liking, and homemade jams. Complement your meal with tea, coffee, fresh juices, or water.
Special dietary preferences for vegans, vegetarians and those that are sugar or gluten free are warmly embraced to ensure every guest feels cared for.
After breakfast, we invite you to enjoy a leisurely day with us. Rejuvenate, to take time for yourself, settle your thoughts and emotions. Take a refreshing swim in the pool, stroll through the aromatic herb gardens, read a book, write in a journal, rest your eyes under the shade of olive and carob trees. Enjoy deepening conversations with space to reflect, realise and realign.
Massages will also be available to book in advance. Private treatment locations will be in the cave, the rooftop terrace or olive grove.
This is an amazing opportunity to rest and heal, to re-set your orientation and align with your divine purpose and prepare to walk an even greater path.
There will be plenty of time to connect with one another too. Connections and friendships are made and deepened. We are aligned for a reason.
At 6pm, savour a delightful banquet with us. Served in enchanting corners of the estate, each night is a different offering, all the time, surrounded by the serene beauty of Mastropà.
We close the day with a Sunset Sound Bath at 8pm, experience a calming sound bath with Genevra, letting the settling sounds guide you into an inner place of settlement and surrender before a soulful sleep. Our daily ritual offers nourishment, space, holding and healing.
ACCOMODATION
Prices include accommodation, morning and evening group sessions, soft and hot drinks, group dining and all resort amenities.
If you are booking with a friend or partner, please make your booking together in one payment. Choose from the room options In our resort there are up to seven beautiful bedrooms for our guests.
Two of the bedrooms have two single beds and five of the bedrooms have double beds.
There is an option to have one room for yourself but if you would like to share with someone else or a friend the retreat is abundantly discounted.
