A light morning of peaceful play and discovery in the Alchemies Studio.

A morning exploring energy, expression, sound and healing. Unpack some of the myths around sound healing to discover exactly how to play the bowls. We will also learn about their creation, intention and various manifestations and how to move their sound and play in joyful harmony with the group.

During the morning, we will be standing and sitting on the floor. If you have any mobility issues or require a chair, please let us know so we can make the space comfortable for you.

We will conclude the session with a peaceful sound bath for deep rest and nourishment.

Complimentary herbal teas and water will be available.

The session completes around 1 pm. The studio will remain open for one hour after the session for anyone wanting to view and purchase individual alchemy crystal singing bowls or alchemy guardian sets. This is not a substitute for a private consultancy session, as several people may be there. The gallery closes promptly at 2 pm. *Vouchers must be used within the calendar year of attendance.
